At DeCoste & Associates we realized that recruiting was an excellent foundation for the work we now enjoy the most…coaching executives and other career-minded professionals for their optimum success.  Recruiting allowed us to help people find jobs. Coaching inspires us to help people build careers. There is a difference!

Every coaching commitment must begin with a no-charge 30-60 minute face-to-face meeting. At DeCoste & Associates we feel strongly that before either party commits to working together, we must agree that we want to WORK TOGETHER. This means that the client must be eager and willing to accept their side of the deal as do we.  We cannot coach you to excellence without your participation. You must be able to engage and – further -  we recognize that we are not offering counseling. To recognize your fullest potential, we need to decide together what you need. There are no pre-set packages. There are many options and we would like to tailor a plan and timeline to suit your needs.
