We began recruiting in 1995 in Los Angeles, California. Much has changed since then. Our team’s interests and aptitudes have changed and the job market is still changing. At DeCoste & Associates we WELCOME change and we embrace the fact that to stay competitive, one must be willing to adapt and grow. That is why we have recently shifted our core focus from recruitment to coaching.
However, we can still meet your recruiting needs and are very willing to discuss options for your company to find the best people it can. Fees are 100% negotiable as are the menu of services we can offer you.
· Retained Search – We will happily work with your firm on retainer to identify top-level executive or technical talent to drive the success of your company from the C-Suite to middle management.
· Contingency Search – Depending on the need, we can accept contingency search terms if there is some understanding of the urgency and timeline by which the positions must be filled.
· Limited Search Assistance – If your firm has identified a few good candidates but would like a 3rd party to validate, interview, and research them and then make recommendations to assist you in your hiring decision, we are happy to do so.
